CORD MP's Life In Danger For Not Joining Uhuru's Jubilee Party.

A Member of Parliament allied to Raila Odinga’s Coalition for Reforms and Democracy (CORD) has sensationally claimed that his life is in danger after he refused to join Uhuru Kenyatta’s new party.
Chris Wamalwa,  Kiminini member of parliament claims that Jubilee party key front men have threatened to kill him after their several advances to have him quit CORD for Jubilee party failed to yield fruits.
“I have recorded a statement with police that they are planning to kill me…we are going to campaign against Jubilee party for the benefit of our ord Kenya front man Moses Wetangula,” said Chris Wamalwa at a funeral in his constituency on December 24.
The vocal MP said that he is not afraid of anyone politically and no one would intimidate him from joining Jubilee party that has been formed to be Uhuru Kenyatta’s 2017 re-election vehicle.
He claimed that the people pestering him to join Jubilee party are from his Luhya community.
Since its formation in November, Jubilee party has received criticism and praise in almost equal measure as politicians go public on advantages and disadvantages of joining a new coalition.
