Harry Kimani
Harrison Mungai “Harry” Kimani (b. ca. 1982) is a Kenyan musician and
composer.Kimani grew up with music, teaching himself to play the guitar
by watching an older brother perform. He attended Kirangari High School
in Nairobi, where he already showed a great interest in music; he sang,
composed songs, participated in music festivals and, at one time,
conducted the school choir. His first love in high school inspired him
to compose a song called “African Woman,” which was well received among
his friends; they urged him to record the song.

Wilson Abubakar Radido is a Kenyan Award winning Contemporary
Christian Music artist, Song writer and Entertainer from Kasarani in
Nairobi. Willy Paul was named male artist of the year at the 2013 Groove
Awards alongside his mentor Gloria Muliro who took the female artist of

Eric Wainaina (born 28 August 1973) is a Kenyan singer-songwriter.

guitars, with some modern harmony. Wainaina was born in Nairobi, Kenya,
to George Gitau Wainaina and Margaret Wangari Wainaina.

in Western Kenya), is a Kenyan entrepreneur, architect, musician, and
actor from Nairobi. He has recently been recognised by a Kenyan online
magazine as having one of the top 10 most iconic male voices in his home
country.[1] In 2014 he was nominated to be a part of the Global
Accelerator Conference for entrepreneurs organised by the UN Foundation

Gloria Muliro
Gloria Omba, commonly referred to as Gloria Muliro(born 4 September
1980), is a Kenyan Gospel musician and songwriter.The album earned her
sixth Groove Awardsnominations.She went on to receive the female artist
of the year award at the eighth Groove awards, an event that was
attended by President of KenyaUhuru Kenyatta.Gloria was interested in
music from as far as 1997 when she was still in school but due to
financial challenges she was not able to venture into the music
industry.In 2013 Gloria collaborated with Willy Paul once more for the
song Kitanzi.she has established her own foundation, The Gloria Muliro
Foundation, which she uses as a conduit to do charity work and runs a
children’s home in Emuhaya
Amileena
Amileena was born in Nairobi but she has no recollection of my
childhood as I left the country for South Africa as a child.She went to
school in South Africa and when I came back, I moved to Mombasa. She
only settled back in Nairobi after Tusker Project Fame.
Miss Karun
Miss Karun was one of the biggest stars to come to the fore of Kenyan
entertainment in recent history but she decided to cut her career short
to get an education. A decision that raised mixed reaction from
industry pundits. Personally, I think she should have stayed in Kenya
and nurtured her budding career for a year or two before she left. Lady
Karun ruled last year and is slated to conquer more of the world this
year.

assistant vical harmony provider for the band.aTEMI Has been hosting an
all-Africa Tv show,africa rising since 2009.atemi released her first
singke HAPPY in 2004 and launched her album in 2008.
Sara Mitaru
Before joining Berklee College of music, Wambura was part of an 8
piece ac cappella group that toured the US for 3 months in 2009. She
graduated from Daystar University with a Bachelors in Communication-
Electronic Media and came straight to Berklee to study Music Education
and Music Business. While at Berklee Wambura is the head of Music for
the Berklee African Club where she has organized and co-produced 2
concerts (Music and activism by Sara Mitaru and Fela Week; A celebration
of Fela Kuti) She is also the lead singer of her Band “The Wambura
Mitaru Synergy”
Alicios
Born Alice Zeluji (Zeluji is the same as Theluji; except that Zeluji
is with a Congolese Swahili accent.) Born in the Democratic republic of
Congo, Kivu Province, Alicios has quickly claimed the respect of her
peers, fans and music executives/producers in the industry and she’s now
the really deal in East, Central Africa. In fact, a friend of ours at
MTV Base recently told us how ‘they cant wait for her whole album to be
released’. Blessed with a great voice, she’s also a beautiful and
confident young woman filled with resolve and humility.
